Conservative-led Surrey County Council has reduced the number of grass verge cuts they are prepared to fund in Epsom and Ewell. This is the second year running that cuts have been made in Epsom and Ewell with funding reduced to seven cuts last year to four this year.
At the Environment Committee meeting on 12th June, Residents’ Association Councillors agreed to find the extra money needed to bring the service back up to the 12 cuts a year which keeps the Borough looking tidy and well maintained.
